Kidrobot Dunny Series 5
Next month Kidrobot will be releasing the 5th series of their popular Dunny toys. This time around Kidrobot will be including 19 new Dunny toys for the 5th series. Onboard is a list of designers who have lent a hand in the designing of the toys. Artists such as Amanda Visell, Aya Kakeda, Clutter, Devilrobots, Dirty Donny, Frank Kozik, Huck Gee, JMGS//Jellymoon, Jesse LeDoux, JK5, Junko Mizuno, Kathie Olivas, MAD, Mad Barbarians, a Mishka, Reach, Sneaky Raccoon, Steven Harrington and TOOFLY. Set to release in September.
XLarge x Dez Einswell ‘Iron Ape’
XLarge and Dez Einswell have just recently released their brand new Iron Man inspired gorilla toy. Last year the two companies collaborated and produced the Hulking Green Ape and since Iron Man was one of the big flicks this year they designed the figure shown above known as Iron Ape. The toy was manufactured by STD Toys and is limited to only 50 pieces. Check out alernate views after the jump.
The Dark Knight x Medicom ‘Twin’ Packs
Due to the popularity of The Dark Knight flix Medicom Toy has put out this ‘Twin’ Pack. There will be a Batman and Joker pack and each one will contain a Bearbrick and Kubrick. Expected to release at select Medicom Toy retailers soon. More images after the jump.
KAWS x Medicom Toy ‘JPP’
This vinyl toy known as JPP is the latest design from Kaws. Produced by Medicom Toy the vinyl toy comes in either black or yellow. They will be available in-store at Original Fake nextweek, available now online at kawsone.com.
Kozik Labbit - Kidrobot August 7th
Kozik’s Labbits return August 7 to Kidrobot with a couple new accessories for you to swap in and out. The Labbit will stand 5 inches tall and come with 4 swappable accessories, some dirty, some sweet, some terrible and twisted. Pick up and switch up four different packs for $19.95 each at Kidrobot on August 7th.
Kidrobot: The Simpsons Mini Series
The crew at Kidrobot has teamed up with the creator of The Simpsons, Matt Groening to bring you this vinyl toy mini series. Your favorite Springfield citizens will come to life in0 vinyl for the biggest mini series yet by Kidrobot. There will be a total of 24 characters including 3 chases. They will release August 21st for a price of $7.95 each.
Kidrobot PEECOL July 08′ Release
Still going strong with the PEECOL Series, Kidrobot will put out 6 new figures by the German based pixel group eBoy. The new characters include the chaps-sporting CowCo; Rilla, the diaper wearing ape; sensitive and artsy Student; hottie Nurz; extraterrestrial HazMa; and fresh-off-the-boat, McDutch. All of these will release July 3rd at Kidrobot.
Pepsi Nex Star Wars Bearbrick Collection
Numerous companies and retail food chains like McDonalds and Burger King has been known to give away little toys either when purchasing some sort of meal or buying a certain product. This however has to be by far one of the coolest toys i have ever seen given away with a product. Suntory Limited, a company based in Japan that distributes various beverages, will be giving away 70% Star Wars Be@rbrick toys with every bottle of Pepsi Nex you purchase. In total there are 16 different Be@rbricks to be given away such as Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Stormtrooper, Boba Fett, Jango Fett, TIE Fighter Pilot, Jawa ,Imperial Logo, Yoda, C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Wicket, Clone Trooper [Ep II], Clone Trooper [Ep III] & Rebel Alliance Logo.
